Here's a quick update from us to get our customers that little bit more excited for what we have on the horizon.
We have recently branched out into producing our own line of machinery focusing on gaps in the market in automation, sorting and processing. Our aim is to create affordable automation that customers can justify now and maintenance will love.
Our first prototype automatic picker and sorter is currently in the final stages of testing and achieving production numbers of 900 pieces per hour consistently sorting garments, towel sorting will be tested in the coming weeks but we expect production numbers to be closer to 1000-1100 p/h. With the next iteration we are extremely confident that these numbers will be greatly increased. This set up is on the clean side using RFID to sort full dry items into size, customer and even the amount of times the product has been washed.
Without even looking at the additional machines that are in the pipeline this system will cut down on dirty sorting, speed up your toweling and garment areas as well as reducing the clean side sorting and double handling after your folder today.
The next step to this process is automatic towel feeding, we are expecting to have this hitting the market early to mid next year. We will be incorporating this with our quality control camera that is already in operation in multiple laundries seeing great results.
The goal of this line of products is to have one basic system giving the through put of 1500 sorted and folded pieces with zero operators.
We are also pleased to announced that we will soon be launching our new parts website focusing on laundry operators needs with machinery parts, pneumatics and guardrails being available on launch with more products added along the way. This will accompany the relaunch of the HDTC website.
